It reaches peak temperatures in 60 seconds which is fast, but again when compared with the other items we review is no match. This product has ceramic plates which decrease hair damage and retain heat better than other plates. Revlon's ionic flat iron is a good choice if you are looking for a cheap hair straightener, otherwise I would spend a little bit more money for a better one. A nice feature is that it has the ability to curve, flip, curl and coil ends of hair. This is nice because it gives you a variety of ways to style your locks with one item. Based on user reviews this item has only received about 2.5 stars out of 5. This can give you an idea of what users think of this flat iron compared to others. This switch is extra special compared to other on and off switches because it has unique technology which enables the device to remember and store the last heat setting you used. This is a really cool feature that a lot of products don't have. It also has a temperature dial which enables users to change the temperature setting. This is an excellent tool because some hair is more difficult to style and requires higher temperatures of heat to get the job done.
